Personalised Emotional Wellbeing Support

Every child is unique, and I always look beyond a diagnosis or behaviour to understand the individual child and what they need to flourish.

Whether a child is experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, autism, ADHD, school-based anxiety or significant life changes, my programmes are designed to provide compassionate, personalised support that helps children build confidence, resilience and lifelong emotional wellbeing skills.

Bespoke 1:1 Emotional Wellbeing Programme

My bespoke 1:1 Emotional Wellbeing Programme is at the heart of what I do.

This programme allows me to build a trusting relationship with each child and create a completely personalised plan based on their individual needs, strengths and goals.

I use a gentle combination of mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, movement, sensory activities, emotional literacy and creative therapeutic-style activities to help the child better understand their emotions and recognise what is happening within their body. We practise simple, practical strategies they can use beyond our sessions when things feel difficult, helping the child build a personalised toolkit to support greater calm, confidence, emotional regulation and resilience in everyday life.

Small Group Emotional Wellbeing Programme

My small group programmes provide children with the opportunity to develop emotional wellbeing skills, positive coping strategies and stronger social skills, while alongside their peers in a safe, supportive environment.

Sessions are designed to help children build confidence, improve emotional regulation and develop practical strategies they can use both in school and at home.

Each programme is thoughtfully planned to meet the needs of the children taking part while encouraging positive relationships and shared learning.
The programme helps children develop self- giving them simple techniques they can take back into the classroom, playground and home.

Support for Children Following Medical Negligence

When a child has experienced injury, disability or significant changes to their life as a result of medical negligence, the emotional impact can be just as important to recognise as their physical needs.

Every programme is individually tailored around the child, taking into consideration their age, abilities, communication needs and personal experiences. Using gentle mindfulness, meditation, breathing, sensory and creative activities, sessions can support emotional regulation, anxiety, self-esteem, resilience and feelings surrounding change, uncertainty or loss of independence.

The programme can work alongside the wider support already surrounding the child, including their family, education and professional teams. The aim is to help each child feel heard, understood and empowered, giving them practical emotional wellbeing tools they can carry with them as they navigate their individual journey.

Gentle support, centred around the individual child.

Supporting Children Who Are Struggling to Attend School

For some children, attending school can feel overwhelming due to anxiety, emotional distress, SEND, previous experiences or difficulties coping within the school environment. My 1-to-1 programme can support children who are currently unable to attend school, experiencing reduced attendance or finding the transition back into education particularly difficult.

Sessions provide a calm, safe and individualised space where the child can begin to understand what they are feeling, recognise their triggers and develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, regulate emotions and build confidence. Through mindfulness, meditation, breathing, sensory and creative activities, we work at the child’s own pace to gradually strengthen their emotional resilience and sense of safety.

Where appropriate, the programme can form part of a wider plan to support a gradual return to education. By helping the child develop coping tools, rebuild confidence and feel more able to manage challenging situations, the aim is to reduce some of the emotional barriers that may be preventing them from engaging with school.

Staff Wellbeing

Supporting the wellbeing of the adults who care for children is just as important as supporting the children themselves. When staff feel calm, valued and emotionally recharged, they are better equipped to support those around them.

I offer bespoke staff wellbeing sessions designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation and encourage self-care.
Sessions can be tailored to suit your organisation and may include:
